【Inquiry - Tax return preparation service】
-I’m seeking consultation services for Kakutei Shinkoku (Final Tax return) or any other services necessary as a sole Proprietor (Gyomu Itaku)
-Below is the instruction from by my Tax office as the requirement for (2020 and 2021) submission

【2020 Status】-
-Required to complete and submit of Income and Expenses
-Required to complete and submit Final Income Tax Return (Kakutei Shinkoku)

【2021 Status】
-Required to complete and submit of Income and Expenses

【Reference Information】
-Since March 2020 I’ve worked full time for a Japanese organisation under a Gyomu Itaku contract through another agent.
-The agent has deducted withholding tax (gensenchoshu-zei) from my payment for 2021 but not 2020
-My local Tax office informed me that since I’m already late for the 2020 submission, I can make this submission with the 2021 submission (Together)
-I currently pay – Health Insurance and Pension
